The deal
CostPilot is a receipt-scanning and spend-tracking service operated by Service Business Builders (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep your login secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Workspace admins control who joins their workspace and what role they hold.
Your data
Your receipts are yours. You give us permission to store and process them (including AI reading of receipt images) solely to provide the service. Export or delete your data any time.
Accuracy
AI reading is very good but not infallible, and insights (budgets, price comparisons, projections) are estimates. CostPilot is a tracking tool, not accounting, tax, or financial advice — verify numbers that matter before relying on them.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to access other workspaces' data, abuse the scanning service, resell access, or use CostPilot for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
Pricing
CostPilot is currently free during early access. When paid plans launch, nothing changes for you without clear notice and your choice to subscribe.
Service & liability
We aim for reliable service but provide CostPilot “as is,” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the app.
